iHSS DHIS2 Data Status

Completed means Complete was clicked and every data element has a value (including 0). In Progress covers partial reports (Complete clicked but some fields empty) and reports with data entered or some sites complete. Completion Rate counts only fully completed reports. Click a status in the legend to filter. Monthly and quarterly stop at August 2026. Annual includes Jul 2026–Jun 2027 as teams are expected to enter values.
